Keenspace has alot of trouble sometimes...basically wwhat was there was a preview of an upcoming crossover with LCD/CotC. The first panel has Raven (who is now ticklish tanks to a magic spell) getting her belly button tickled pretty good.

Keep trying and it may come back up for you.
