My nephew was over today watching the cartoon channel, well more like on his ipad with the tv on and I walked by the tv room and as I glimpsed at the tv I saw a man in ren-faire stocks getting his feet tickled with feathers but I just walked past. When I walked by I had to think If I saw what I thought I saw so when I walked back in the room it was over. I checked the show info and it's a cartoon called Clarence and the info was, he was visiting the ren-faire.
I searched youtube and found it, the tickling is about 2 seconds long and it's at around the 3:48 mark
