classic b/w toon request

Looking for a 80s/90s era b/w 2 toon set that may have been from BAC but I don't think it was signed...a tophatted fiend with a long curled mustache laying sideways on the ground feathering the soles of a classic looking 20s era brunette sitting with her arms tied behind her back. He's tickling her to sign a deed I think. One scene she's tied to a tree, the other to a lounging couch.

don't think it was BAC but from that era, for those who remember the Tobias tickle art mail orders - it was included in that collection
