it was difficult to try and scan back through my memory to find all the songs ive ever listened to.. but when i thought of this one it instantly just clicked 😀

"Hey Jude", by The Beatles, of course. I don't know if this next one qualifies but Sam Cooke did a song called 'A Change Is Gonna Come' that will either bring you to tears or send chills up your spine, or both. Ironically, he was shot to death just prior to it's release. Chilling.

but I will anyway. My favorite song of all time, so far, is "Earthshine" by Rush.

One of my favorite songs of all time is covered by Rush on their just released CD. (The title escapes me but it's Rush's versions of classic rock songs) The song is by Love and it's called "7 & 7 Is". The drumming is excellent, two drummers at once keeping the beat going all the way through. The Rush version excludes the explosion and slow blues that Love's version contains. Play them back to back. The drums are amazing.
