Its by Armiranta Media and found on the Polish site called www.tickling-bondage.com. It is a good site and really worth taking out a membership for a month, as there is a large amount of good material. I don't particularly like their male tickler, whose tickling method is more suited to scrubbing floors than tickling, but the female ticklers are great.
