The clip is a woman is being tickled on her bare feet, she's wearing jeans, she's in stocks obviously on her stomach because her toes point to the ground, she has black nail polish on her toenails. The tickler is a guy. I think it's an amateur clip rather than an actual company. Sometimes you see both her feet, then there's a close up of each one while she's being tickled. Anyone seen this?
 
That description fits quite a few; however, with it being amateur and mentioning the black polish and male tickler, it sort of sounds like it would come from "Ticklish Bug". Sadly they don't make or sell stuff anymore due to issues with the community. Put a picture or vid clip in the post and we can be of way more help since there is so much that could fit that description.
 
No that's not it. That is a good one though! In the clip I mean early on the guy says "Do you want me to stop?" And she squeaks out a "Yes..." Before he tickles her bare feet again. I don't have a picture I'm afraid.
