Umm... I live in the Eastern Time Zone and I have the boards set to EST (-5:00) but instead of saying it's 10:11pm, it says it's 4:12am. Is there a way to fix this?
 
Well, I live in Europe, CET or GMT +1, and I set my zone to EST.
Only prob, mails from TTC are completely off, but at least post times are correct.
 
The server clock (Or some vbulletin setting I can't find) is off. It's more of an annoyance than a big issue but we are sort-of working on it. We notified the server admin, our host, but as he is monstrously busy most of the time and this issue will not be that damaging to anyone we are taking it slow.
