Computer Game Problem

I installed a game and it said it was done loading so I restarted (HS comp class, always restart after loading new programs) and when I clicked on the icon, it brings up the main page but it wont go further, Ive tried both disc 1 and 2, so Im at a loss. Any Ideas? Aside from tossing the comp out the window?

maybe its a problem with your operating system. What version of windows are you using?or are you using a mac?

98. When I go to load the game with disc 1, I get a plese put disc with serial number whatever in, so I assumed that was disc 2, but when I put disc 2 in and clicked OK, it said the same thing!

Also, the CD case says it contains Discs X08-71302, wheras the cardboard insert says it has set X09-96473, if that has anything to do with anything

ok usually disc one is the game disc and disc 2 is the installation disc. My advise would be to maybe call the customer service line. The numbers are usually found in the back of the game manual and they are mostly i think, toll free.

Also, it could be something as simple as your putting in the wrong disc into the cd rom drive. but i am not too sure about it.

Yea, I see a toll free number, Im going to go try it, hopefully Im not on hold for hours
