I was wondering if there was a set of conjoined twins, in a purely fictional or cartoon scenario, if you tickled the feet of one twin the other would feel it?
 
I got the idea from an old cartoon where it had a conjoined set of twins, connected at the hip: Screenshot 2023-09-11 175720.png
