It’s one of many collages done by a regular contributor back in the old AMT newsgroup days. I believe this particular one was made of several pics from a FM Concepts video. Perhaps one of the other old timers here remembers the name of the guy and/or the model; it’s far too long ago for me to recall those details.

Thanks for the help Fat Bastard! I remember seeing other collages done by the same individual. I kinda pegged it as being from FM Concepts or Harmony videos. Hope some out there can shed some more light on this.
