It's the second tickling relation in this show (first being when girl - don't know her name - get stuck under the house and rib-tickled), it probably came to it's end though.
I doubt there is more tickling references in this show and as much as I like this, I always feel a little disappointment knowing that odds for another tickling scene are smaller.
And disappointment is greater if the show features a lot of hot girls 🙂

The girl was Wanda and you're correct. these are the only two tickle refrences in the show. However, the other girl in THIS Scene, (the one who doesn't say the word) does a commentary for this episode on the season two DVD and on the commentary during this scene sfter the line is spoken she kind of giggles and repeats the word.
