How come sometimes when I go to certain Yahoo Groups and try to look at clips I get this message from RealOne "text/html.",it then looks for software and can't find it.Could someone help Please

Sometimes I get strange stuff like that....html document,etc.It usually meant that the allotted bandwidth was exceeded in my case.
