Just wondering what happened to ticklecentral and tickled2death?

They were active like 20 years ago, but I can not find them anywhere.
 
iirc ticklecentral was mad about piracy and closed up shop, though I could be confusing it with something else.
 
Now that you mentioned it, I think you might be right. I think that they may have been tickled2death, I am not sure.
