Animation/cartoon tickling, even with minors walks a fine line. So long as it is not terribly graphic, i.e. sexual intercourse with the animated minor, it is considered okay, since it does not portray real people, and can safely be classified as 'Art.' Besides, look who posted it. The Bossman wouldn't post anything forbidden by his own rules. 😛
