This is Emma Stone in an SNL sketch. Don't try to figure out what it's about, it's not about anything. As the guy who posted it on this page said "As a french person watching this, we don't understand what they're trying to do, and apparently neither do they."

I read an interview with Tarren Killem, the male dancer, who wrote the sketch, and he said the idea came from his girlfriend bringing home a Starbucks CD that had this song on it.
If you listen to the song, you quickly realize why; it's a goddamn weird song. In particular, I couldn't figure out what those sounds in the background were, so I looked up the video and the answer is so much weirder than I would have imagined:

So by this point, I'm completely obsessed with figuring out what the hell is going on here, and I start looking at live performances, which, instead of clarifying things, only make it worse. For example, and this is not the only such example, in this performance she starts by scribbling on her face, and sings the whole song with some guy looming over her shoulder while her piano player accompanies her with cheek popping sounds.
