Dailymotion??

Hello all,

It's been like forever since I surfed Dailymotion for tickling clips. I went there just a while ago and wow! WHAT Happen to all the clips that use to be there? I buy a lot of clips but more customs than anything so I never felt guilty viewing anything on Dailymotion , the tickling producer's ( the good one's ) have made a TON of money on me.I looked around and there is nothing but JUNK now on the Dailymotion.There use to be tons of Czech tickling and now there gone along with other first rate tickle clips.I was wondering if the has anything to do with copyright law. Anyway I was shocked to see all the good tickle clips gone,there is nothing there even worth clicking on. What little clips that remain on the Dailymotion are so short it's not worth my time to even bother with a view.Can anyone tell me what has happen?

I would hope the producers would have tried to put a stop to copyright infringement and piracy. As for your statement that it's OK for you to watch these videos because you have already paid money to the producers, that was for the content you purchased. Unless you're going to pay a membership fee for a site like Tickle Abuse, which allows you to download and keep your vids even past the expiration of your subscription, you're paying for the clips you bought.

With so much bogus tickling clips out there, or should I say, tickling that seemed hammed up, I used to rely on Dailymotion clips to gauge whether or not they were worth buying. When a producer only has a 20 sec clip, its just not enough time to figure out if its worth buying. I have purchased plenty of clips from many different producers. Even the companies that have consistantly genuine models, have a bad one now and then. I havn't bought nearly as many clips since Dailymotion went down hill. I just refuse to spend any money on fake tickling.

I used to put alot of preview vids on dailymotion at first. And for some reason or another dailymotion shut me down. Im assuming other Producers/General tickle video posters have the same problems.....Now I just use a Private paid server and post at least a min or more preview clips here and elsewhere.

I see this as a good thing. I use to post one minute clips from my private sessions here as a way of paying the community back for all the clips posted here I got to enjoy, but soon discovered someone had been posting my clips on Dailymotion without even mentioning my name or where they got the clip from. I understand in this new fangled digital age some folks feel they have some right of entitlement and that everything should be for free, but I posted them here for fellow TMF'ers to enjoy. To find out they are now being distributed around the web, I deleted the clips I had posted here and stopped that practice. Piracy is going to stay with us, so I feel it's a good thing Dailymotion is trying to clean up its act before someone tries to sue them.

Dailymotion kindly deleted my genuine account and all of my preview clips without any explanation - presumably for copyright violation (of my own content!) They still allow various scumbags to post hundreds of my full-length clips on there though...whilst blocking me for copyright issues. I despise them.

How does that work then - do people report stuff to Dailymotion, and then it's blocked, or do they delete whole swathes of clips based on subject matter?

You may have someone trying to take you down/sabotage you, or at least screw you up since your store is the best, Turtleboy!

As previous posters have said, other clips are still up.

(I'd rather buy my clips, obviously. I want that crisp super high quality look, and I want the producers to keep making money so they can afford suntan sheer toe nylons
for future nylon tickling clips!!) ...and, you know, pay the models, buy feathers, costumes, etc. etc......

Me too! They banned me from the site for posting preview clips because they violated the Terms and Conditions (I assume it has something to do with fetish/sexual material). But there are tons of people out there posting full clips that have been there for a while.

Pay for the clips you want. It doesn't matter what you've purchased in the past or how long producers make their previews. If you're not sure about a clip, don't buy it. I know I (along with Turtleboy and a few others) routinely make previews that are over a minute long.

^This. So many previews now are over a minute long. Darkes previews are routinely 2+ minutes long. If someone cant decide whether they want to buy a clip with TODAYS preview clips, then something is wrong. Back in the day preview clips were 4-15 seconds long. I have a feeling people just use this excuse to justify their looking at full clips on streaming sites.

With that being said I still don't really judge people that do it. Some people are flat out broke. I myself am not, but I do browse DM every once in awhile if I feel like viewing classic clips that I cant purchase anymore such as old Realtickling clips.

It probably had nothing to do with sexual content Zen - if you mark it as 'age restricted' you can post pretty much anything that isn't actual porn and none of the clips I posted had full nudity in.

It's actually the second time DM have done it to me. The first time they informed me that someone else had claimed copyright to my clips and so I was in breach of their Ts & Cs. I imagine it's the same thing this time, which means that someone is basically screwing me over...quite possibly the same people who think it's ok to host over a hundred of my full length clips on their own profiles. It's sad that Dailymotion are so inconsistent, that they'll allow these users to continue whilst actually banning genuine producers without investigating or explaining themselves.

For those who think it's perfectly ok to publicly share clips like this, it's worth noting that I've lost 4 or 5 of my best models in the last couple of years for this reason. I work with a lot of mainstream models who don't do any fetish/adult oriented work. They may be happy to shoot for me on the understanding that they are appearing on a fetish site, but when they discover their clips plastered all over youtube, dailymotion etc it causes major problems and they end up not feeling able to come back and not wanting to do any other fetish work as a result. It's an issue with Monica's clips right now and I can see her stopping shooting for me before long the way things are going. It's sad really.

I had this happen on youtube. Someone had a clip I had made and posted here on their page. I uploaded my, original clip and they shot me a nasty email about stealing THEIR clip.

I had to laugh! First off NEITHER of us owned the clip but at least I had gone to the effort of making it. Not long after that I get a notification and then my account is gone. Meanwhile the jerk still has his page with tons of clips I *know* were simply lifted from here and other sites.

If I flagged every moron who is claiming they owned a clip or that it is THEM in a clip that's been around for a decade I wouldn't have time to do anything else! LOL!

And I'm talking mainstream stuff...not professional, full length clips.
