I see both sides and I still believe AS blows dog. Tim and Eric need to be chokeslamed through 10 flaming tables. Assy McGee needs a enema and somebody please fry Xavier's punkass like a chicken. Personally, I like Squidbillies (did anyone else notice their was a "CrystalLight" episode) but I'll take Harvey Birdman over it any day.

In AS defense, Bleach and Deathnote are some of the best anime I've seen in a while...little consolation considering some of the crap they push...

Alright back on topic. Adult Swim's downfall began with their adopting of live action shows and the reduction of good anime.

The reductification of classic, kickass anime, along with the wrongful adoptification of crude semi live action shows with pointless and meaningless content, has led to the downfall of Adult Swim. All they have to do is put on Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, or Samurai Shamploo on, and the ratings will probably double!

I don't know, Bella. I'd have to agree with Dan that Boondocks pretty much beats everything that has ever been on Adult Swim. The writing is the most coherent, and as a result, the most funny...

Dude, when did I say anything about the Boondocks?? That show OWNS AS, and the rest of tv as well basically...the only other comedy I think matches the writing is Scrubs...

Meanwhile, what I'm reading from the unenlightened masses (coughDanimalcoughTomskeecough) is that AS sucks. Except for all the ways in which it doesn't suck. Um, fellas?

I must admit that Adult Swim does still rock, because I still devote my late nights/early mornings to watching it EVERY FRIGGIN DAY, but it has just come down in the past year or so! Besides, if it sucked THAT bad, there wouldn't be a thread devoted to it!😀

I know, I've been waiting all week for this. I liked adult swim when the rotation was this way. I could even stand the Brak Show, although I'm glad that Family Guy took the first spots!
