Knight Moves (1992)

Rough 1hour and 20 minutes in, Rachel is tied lying on her back on a bed. Arms spread and ankles together. Gagged with white tape.
She's wearing a nightgown and barefoot.

 
Homecoming (2009)

Jessica Stroup is bound and gagged starting at 1 hour 39 minutes into the movie. Her wrists are bound behind her back (I'm not sure with what) and her ankles are bound with duct tape. She is gagged with a white over-the-mouth gag. She is also barefoot. There are excellent closeups and struggling
Her mouth is stuffed with a cloth. Although we don't see that part, when the gag is removed she clearly spits out a wadded cloth.

Penetration Angst (2003) aka Angst

Great scenes in this odd film about a woman (Horsey) who's vagina eats men. Seriously. She becomes a prostitute to feed her vagina.
Anyhow, one john proceeds to knock her out and tie her elaborately to a bed frame in a abandoned basement. A lot of rope, in a top spread-eagle, clothes have been cut-off. Long scene, very nice, until he ventures to close to her..... GULP!
Later, she is taken hostage along with some dude by bank robbers. They are both bound and tape gagged. Very long scene, with occasional male interference, but not a problem. She is tied laying on a couch, hands over head, and tape gagged. She is wearing a light short skirt and is barefoot. Great struggling and vocalizing. Both are great scenes.

Point Of Fear (2006)

A low butget movie about a fear doctor who is killing his patients.
Austin is an attractive and sportive looking woman. Not the typical silly damsel like in most of the low budget movies.
Austin went to the doc to get a therapy session. She reminds the doc about his dead wife. He went crazy and decides to not let her go because he thinks Austin is his wife. At the 36 min mark we see Austin tied to the bed. Yes, hands and feet spreadeagled. She ist tied with white thin rope, like shoelaces. The bondage looks quite tight and real. She is gagged with a yellow bandana. There are several scenes throughout the movie with her lying in the bed spreadeagled and struggling more or less. Most of the time gagged. He is not doing anything to her. Some talking, some screaming. That's it. At one time she manages to get one hand free but is retied soon after. To the end of the movie she can free herself and flee from the evil doc.
She wears a blue top and blue jeans throughout the damsel scenes.

Imagining Argentina (2003)

Grim surrealistic tale, set in Argentina during the 1976-83 military dictatorship, of a children's theater director (Antonio Banderas) whose journalist wife (Thompson) runs afoul of the regime when she reports on two disappearances that may be linked to it-and as a result, becomes one of "the disappeared" herself. Her husband then develops a strange clairvoyance that allows him to see what has happened to the growing number of missing, which gains him something of a cult following among their loved ones. His vision of his wife's fate, however, is not as clear, which leads him on a rather disjointed quest to find her.
About 35 minutes in he makes his way to an abandoned warehouse where from a catwalk above he views a metal table, upon which his nude wife (either Thompson or a body double) appears lying on her back while being beaten in a flashback shot of about a second. Her captors hide her midsection and the shot is so brief it is difficult to see if she is bound.
Then, at about an hour, a fully clothed Thompson is shown bent face-down over the end of a metal bedframe, secured to it by chains attached to leather straps around her wrists, while she is being sodomized by a jailer, who also has all his clothes on (he is shown zipping up his pants after he finishes). Despite the assault being only implied, the scene is still rather difficult to watch.
Several minutes later, a young man comes to see the director, telling him his sister is among the disappeared. The director envisions a young woman (Fernandez) shown from behind in a couple of brief shots sitting seminude in a chair with a black hood over her head and her hands being tied behind her. The bonds are clearer in the second shot after the tying is finished. The director, however, isn't fooled; when the hood is pulled off, he declares that the man has no sister and is a spy sent by the government-which he is.
Bad move. After he further taunts the junta by putting on a play critical of the government its agents pay him a visit, and his daughter (Dolera) joins her mother in captivity. At roughly an hour and ten minutes she's shown on the same bedframe on which her mother was assaulted, lying on her back in a narrow spreadeagle with similar bonds. She's barefoot and clad in a short green dress. The spy her father exposed then stands over her menacingly with an electric probe that he will use to torture her, but he is not shown using it. A brief head-and-shoulders closeup of Dolera chained to the bed is shown again about twenty minutes later.

Eleni (1985)

Story of a mother (Nelligan) and her family caught up in Greece's civil war in the late 1940s. About 40 minutes in, Rose, playing the eldest daughter, is held down and has a rag stuffed into her mouth while Nelligan burns her ankle with a hot poker to temporarily cripple her, so she won't be conscripted into the army. At about an hour and 25 minutes, Nelligan is arrested, being brought in for interrogation behind a donkey to which her hands are tied together in front. While two men on either side of her hold her arms, her shoes and stockings are stripped off and her feet are placed together between a rifle and sling. The sling is then rolled up onto the rifle, which is then raised to elevate her feet, the soles of which are then beaten by a third man with a stick.

The House of the Devil (2009)

Jocelin Donahue plays Samantha, a college student looking to make ends meet. She takes what she thinks is a babysitting job at a creepy old house. There's nothing remotely close to a bondage scene until the 75 minute mark. Sam eats a tainted pizza and passes out. When she awakens she's tied spread eagle to a pentagram on the basement floor and gagged with a white cleave gag. Her feet are now bare and she's wearing only a white robe and white panties. She struggles and makes noise while a devil cult prepares to sacrifice her. This scene lasts for four minutes until she manages to break free, untie herself and flee. Not a very convincing gag or a strict spread eagle tie but a decent barefoot scene.

All Tied Up (1993)

Strictly-for-laughs tale of an unfaithful boyfriend abducted and kept tied to a bed by Hatcher's character and several female friends for most of the movie. He turns the tables on her near the end, stuffing her into a cloth sack and carrying her over his shoulder into his apartment, then tying her to a chair, which he eventually lays onto a bed on its back as he tries to talk her out of breaking up with him.

Horror (2002)

This is a 2002 film by horror director Dante Tomaselli available on Netflix. It concerns a girl, Grace (Lizzy Mahon), being kept drugged in her home by her crazy preacher father.
There's only one bondage scene but it's a beauty and occurs at the 58 minute mark. Grace is having a dream where she awakens and finds herself tied to a medieval rack by her wrists and ankles. There are wheels at both ends which are slowly turned. In a scene that last almost two minutes, she is convincingly stretched until she passes out.
She is wearing a nightgown and though there is no gag there are many closeups of her hands, bare feet and face as she screams away. Very intense scene with her spreading her toes as she is pulled taut. A top notch rack scene.

Evil Town (1987)

Weismeier, a former Playboy Playmate noted for her large natural breasts, is abducted, then taken B&G to a storeroom. One of the henchmen takes her top off and molests her while she is tied to a chair. Later, two college age girls getting abducted they end up bound wrists behind back and gagged in the back of a van. The bad guys bring Weismeier to join them. Lots of moans, groans and struggles. Eventually, one unties one of the others with her toes and they escape.

Ninja (2009)

The lovely Ms. Hijii plays a "good" ninjitsu student who is kidnapped - out of a police station, no less - by a renegade ninja who wants her to tell him where some sacred ninja artifacts are hidden. After being knocked out and carried away, she is next seen blindfolded by what looks like black silk and tied to a chair with red rope. The bondage is unusually elaborate for a mainstream film, with rope around her neck connected to multiple loops and cinches around her upper arms, elbows, and wrists behind her back. More rope holds her arms against her body. Her bare feet are off the floor, bent under the seat of the chair and tied to the stem of the secretarial-type chair. The villain enters, removes the blindfold, briefly interrogates her, and says he'll be back to give her a last chance to answer. He returns later with a knife which he uses to brush her hair away from her face and then hold against her neck. She's spared when the hero calls to arrange a "relics for damsel" trade. In both scenes before the villain enters there are shots of her twisting and straining against her bonds. At the exchange area she has her hands behind her back, although ropes are only dimly glimpsed briefly. The villain is holding her with a garrote-type rope around the neck. He releases her when he thinks he's getting the items he wants, and she runs off before he realizes he's been duped. The hero frees her hands off camera. In a later scene, hrsh abrasion marks can be seen on at least one of her wrists.
