We haven't had a data breach, and any such message would have to come from me, so I can say definitively that this was some kind of malicious actor coming from your end.
I would guess that you have a virus on your computer that wanted to capture some of your passwords. Better do a scan/virus sweep, and once you're clear, change all your passwords.
