Congratulations, Dave! Now that the eagerly anticipated unveiling of your new title is done, we can all reflect on what an Orange feather is. The feathers are somewhat akin to the different colored karate belts, I suppose, only they would most likely adorn one's head (I'm not positive about this- I don't own any). Either way, 2000 posts is quite the milestone, so my hats off to you! Just remember- with great power comes shameful irresponsibility 😉 .
