I went to see Deadpool a few weeks ago and thought it was pretty good for what it was. Not outstanding or anything, but far from disappointing.
It definitely is not a movie suited for children and I'd advise parents find out exactly why it has an R rating before deciding if it's appropriate for showing their kids. (Pro tip: It's not.)

Saw it with my girlfriend and our friends. Loved it.
Also, my GF now says she wants to have a threesome with me, her, and Colossus.
