I bought it and it contains a nice long scene featuring the flawless soles of Rosario Dawson getting a brief tickle.

Yes, and the tickling part of the scene was not in the original Grindhouse version that played in theaters. So it's worth getting the DVD. 😀
 
The only thing wrong with the included foot tickle scene is that it is in black and white instead of color. Why, I have no idea.
