Debunking Michael Jackson haters

Okay. I'm quite surprised at how many people on this forum still believe certain things about MJ. As a long time fan of 18 years (I'm 20), I think it's about time you get a little MJ education. and please. This is an ADULT forum. Try and act like adults here. If ya only come in here to cause trouble, then suck it. Lets start with the most obvious one;

1: Michael Jackson was a pedophile!

It's really quite amusing that people actually believed that story. Even more amusing that people never did their research. We all knew the first time he was accused, he paid the family to drop the case. Was it because he was guilty? No. It was because he didn't want to go through with it. My guess is that he knew what the family really wanted. and he was that desperate for it to end, that he gave them what they wanted. Think about it. If your child was molested, would you accept money from the molester? I DON'T THINK SO!

Now, the 2nd accusation was just ridiculous. If you had done your research, you would have known that thr Arvizo's (the ones who accused MJ of molesation) had a history of giving false allegations. Not to mention the kids were known to have behaviour problems. and the mother was caught stealing from a store one day, so the security guard escorted her out. Later, she accuses to guard of SEXUALLY ASSAULTING HER! Even having bruises. (Later found out that she made the bruises herself)

I'm ending that segment here. Do your research.

2: Michael Jackson bleached his skin!

Dear god..People, MJ had vitiligo! The freakin autopsy results confirmed that! Vitiligo is a skin disease where theres loss of pigmentation in the skin, resulting in white blotches of skin. Again, if you had done your research you would have known that the treatment for vitiligo is infact bleaching the skin. Thats optional.

I know what your gonna say. 'Why didn't he just accept himself for that then.'. The guy had enough issues concerning his looks, he didn't need THIS to lower his confidence even more!

3: Michael Jackson had way too much cosmetic surgary!

Again, RESEARCH!! MJ has issues with his looks. His father always made nasty comments about Michael's looks. Hearing that from your dad at a young age is bound to leave mental scars. Fact is, MJ thought he was ugly, thanks to what his father said.

4: Michael Jackson's kids aren't really his!

Ya know what? I'm not even gonna explain this one. Look at the freaking photographs! and you only have to look at Blanket to know he's Michael's son!(Also, Prince is showing signs of vitiligo) and Paris admittidly looks more like her mother.

1. If all they were looking for was money from the start. Why would they force things to trial ? They wouldn't simply because they got the money without trial. Doesn't prove he was innocent at all. Sleeping in the same bed with children however does prove something was wrong upstairs.

2. Yes, he did have a skin disease. So he did not bleach his skin.

3. He did have way too much cosmetic surgery. My father still to this day says my eyes are too close together, i have a double chin, am too fat, my ears are too big. Did i go out and have surgery changing all that after 20 years of hearing it? No i did not. That was his personal choice because he let his fathers words get to him.

4. That one is just plain fuckin stupid. Obviously those are his kids.

Just because he was an amazing talent and the last great true talent doesn't make him infalible. Nor does it magically take away the fact he slept in the same bed as children. Innocent people don't pay off accusors.

I hope some folks realize that there's a difference between "King of Pop" and "King of Rock and Roll". Elvis was written down as the "King of Rock and Roll". 🙂

I have no qualms with MJ. I grew up listening to his music.

Just to clear a few things up....

Elvis was "The King" of Rock and Roll.

MJ was "The King" of Pop.

(Just noticed Jo-Jo posted the same thing about the King references)

And, one other thing...it is possible to remember liking something from the age of 2. I know I have always liked "The Monkees" since I was about that age. My mother told me of stories of me dancing to only those songs, and when I would sing something I would try to sing those songs.
My daughters even though they are only 7 and 9 have an love of ABBA, I would sing those songs to them when they were first born or in the womb...and they like them and I don't know where else they could hear those songs besides from me because they were not being played a lot. But when the Mama Mia commercials were on TV they knew the songs though they couldn't remember why they liked them.

I'll second this. OP, I bet you have a lot of points in what you're saying, but you're just as biased as the MJ-haters. It sounds like you're trying to glorify him.

To be honest I never really liked MJ's songs anyway, and I couldn't care less about him or who he was, so from a relatively unbiased (or apathetic, but let's not argue semantics) perspective I must say the fact remains that he was pretty fucked up in the head. There's no denying that. Sleeping in the same bed as other people's children is pretty creepy by and of itself (if that indeed IS all there was too it), and then there's all the other stuff he did such as forcing his own kids to cover their faces in public and whatnot. I bet he was a great artist, but he was also a pitiful little man behind that facade.

None of us can prove whether or not he was a paedophile. So, rather than creating an umpteenth thread to beat down on a guy who was creatively smarter than any of us put together, why don't we just leave him alone, and appreciate the fact that he could blow minds?

Sad but true. He was a completely mentally fucked up person. Reading/Watching some of the Bios on him and his basic psychology probably gave Therapists total boners.

It's quite obvious though that it's stemmed from dealing with his father and the childhood he grew up in. I also personally feel that he was a closet homosexual. Or at the very least, curious about it.
