Desperately looking for the source of this picture

I've looked high and low. The best I can find is a link to "AmateurTied.com".
I dished out for a month subscription, browsed the site, there's no real way to search anything and I can't find it at all.
Does anybody have any ideas?

Pics like this are a dime a dozen, what is it specifically about this one? It is a nostalgia type of situation? I know there are certain photos like that for me. But I've been into tickling scouring every source of it on the web for 14 years and I've never seen this image.

Well, if you subscribed to the site, and it is still active, seems you should be able to ask the owners about it. After all, do they want to make a sale, or not?
