Dude. That woman sued McDonald's for her coffee being hot. There will always be someone out there to sue someone over any little thing, and even in the best of circumstances, what you are stating is still questionable. Disregarding intent, it's how it's used. Maybe, for the sake of a class, a friend records me sneezing, so as to analyze something medical that I don't understand. Friend puts this on youtube for the sake of his class, and it gets a bunch of really raunchy comments talking about how they want to do nasty things to me. Yeah, I'd want it taken down, and if my friend didn't, I'd be beyond irate.
