Hmmm, chiming in on the ler side, I like tickling those that are clothed as well. Now.....this clothing can be few and far between, but it's still there.

I like to tickle someone that is naked or close too naked. That way you don't have the distraction of clothes. Sometimes they can get in the way from major tickle spots!

Oh as lee or ler, feeling that hand going under a shirt or under a skirt can be very sexy/titillating Its just a different feeling that someone who is plain naked.
I think it has to do with anticipation... with a shirt on, you are expecting to be tickled but the shirt moves first so your body feels THAT sensation and THEN it feels the actual tickling sensation. You can vary the time between shirt lift and skin touch to create all kinds of anticipation.

It depends on the mood. I only like being tickled with clothing because im waaay too ticklish. Even a massage usually gets me squirming. Yet if I am tickling its always fun to tickle my fiance's feet when shes wearing jeans.
 
I don't like to be completely naked, its somehow better if just parts of you are exposed.

Screw THAT.....if I had kids I'd have to find a baby sitter to go to NEST, couldn't travel as much, and would have to sneak in time on TMF after they went to sleep. I think I'd rather just play with yours and then go home at the end of the day to peace and quiet lol

I say its all up to the Lee and how they feel. I do see the benefit to both.
 
Usually i'm in my bra and panties and then stripped slowly during the tickling so thats always hott lol.
