Probably one hour per day, 365 days a year, and 2 hours a day on Christmas, Halloween, and your birthday.
 
I'd give you a 6 hour marathon once a week using my fingers and various tools. At the 2 and 4 hour marks I'd stop and give you a massage for a few minutes but you better enjoy it while you can. Cause then it's back to making you squirm, giggle and cackle your ass off.
