If they are paying they have the right to be picky just as you have the right to be picky. If they are paying supply goes up so they have the choice to accept the service and you have the choice if you want to supply. I'm gonna be real (and apologise in advance if I come across as arsey). Men will only pay some women, not all. For example, if you're a conventionally attractive (young, thin, white, cis, etc) woman, men will essentially beg you to take their money (especially if you have blonde hair). From my perspective, the behaviour styles of those 2 women are determined by much more their personal (dominant) characteristics than their background (Dutch) culture.
