Part of the appeal of tickling feet (in my opinion) is that they have to be restrained somehow to tickle them (ankle lock, sitting on them, etc.) Part of the excitement is that the lee can't get away. I especially like it when the lee is on their stomach, you're sitting on his feet, and his pounding on the ground helplessly with his fists. My, I'm evil.
