Do you ever actually say "Fetish"?

This thread has made me think about this on a level I never have. I never had a problem telling a vic that I had a fetish, but I never thought about the way 'nillas perceive it, even tho I'm intimately acquainted with seeing their reactions. If it's a bedroom thing, they're fine, but get jealous if I tickle another woman. If it's not bedroom they feel perved if I tickle them.

Thanks for this thread. It's bound to have an impact on the way I inform others.

Fetish is too close to the word "fetid." Nevertheless, I use the word because it's the one that fits.

I talk to people about my kinks. But it's generally in the context of talking to them about their kinks as well - the kind of back-and-forth negotiation that's a standard part of BDSM. So it's never a traumatic moment to me. In fact come to think of it I don't have very many friends who have no kinks.
