Does she associate foot parties with creepiness? Or does she associate feet with creepiness?
You say that she used to indulge you, but has stopped over the last couple of years. Can you
pinpoint when she stopped to a specific event? People can sometimes be creepy about their
fetishes and kinks, so perhaps something happened that you aren't remembering? It sounds
like an honest conversation is needed. Perhaps tell her how much you used to enjoy X, Y, and
Z with her, and you miss that, and you'd like to figure out how to enjoy it together again.
 
I agree with BrightEyes, it couldn't hurt to talk with her about it, and who knows you just might figure out the reason,

Sounds like the end coming up. Like the last few years with my ex, sometimes smeg just happens.

Not really, but then again I've never dated a single vanilla because I knew vanilla wasn't for me and then I've also had no trouble finding play partners.
