Yes!! I met my bf on Fet actually. Then followed up here. Not married yet, but it's in the works. Been together 5 years.
I know of another couple who met through a Kik group for tickle folks actually, same concept just different location. But they were recently married a few months ago.
And I know of 3 other couples that I've been friends with one of the two or both over the years that met in the TMF chat room.
It happens, you gotta be willing to put in the work and there's other things to remember but it does happen. I have theories about why it doesn't happen more often but it does happen for those that understand that it's an actual person on the other side of the keyboard, not just a fetish outlet.
