A thought i had today while skimming over the daily newspaper.
A story read something like
"Doctor jailed for child porn images - over 90,000 child images found on pc"

And it got me thinking, surely, with 90,000 f**king disgusting pictures on your pc, somebody will eventually notice? Or you're screwed if anybody looks.

And it occured to me, that whenever ive read something about somebody being found out with child images on their pc, its always in the 10-thousand to 100-thousand range.

Now i am in NO WAY suggesting tickling images etc are disgusting or we'l all dirty perverts, but i was wondering how many people here save the images they see?

I dont, just because A) Im worried somebody may use my pc and notice them, and B) i (practically) have a photographic memory and dont need to see images more than once.

Does anybody here save the images? If so, how many have you got?

Just curious 🙂

(i just want to point out again, im not calling anybody a pervert or paedophile, i was just using that story as an example for how many images were saved. Nor am i asking to see your photos)

Yeah I save images/videos. I don't have a huge issue with people finding fetish porn on my PC.

I save images. Tons... prolly around 2G's. I do photography so the majority where saved as shoot ideas or session ideas. Things I would like to try. Others I just really liked.

I don't worry about people finding them. Most people I know have an idea that I have some interesting hobbies...

I save them as well on mine. I don't keep them in the thousand mark though. I go through and try to keep it down to manageable numbers, delete old stuff, and what not. As for someone finding them... no one uses my comp but me, and if anyone were to find them, oh well, not going to be the end of the world.

i save the pics and vids yes but only if they are focused on an adult being tickled

I only save the images that I really, really like. I have about 120 saved now. 😀

I hardly save any images, but I do save clips. Especially the ones I buy, if they are not so horrible that I delete them right away (which has happened!). Got aboout 8GB of clips.

And I am not really worried about other people using my computer. Nobody does. 🙂

There have been a couple of images and videos ive wanted to save, but i take my laptop to uni almost everyday, and use it for the work i do, and quite often, let others do bits and bobs of work on it too. I'm just too scared of them suddenly opening a file containing tickling and foot fetish images in a room full of people

You may consider setting up a separate profile on your computer for your "other" stuff. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but if your other profile is password protected and you keep all that stuff in there, others shouldn't be able to get into it. Or do it the other way around. Set one up for others to do work and only enable the access to programs it is okay for them to be in.

Amazingly, ive been working with computers for years, and when i was in halls in my first year of uni, i was known as the "I.T Tech of the second floor"

but that idea has never occured to me!

DUH!!! ANOTHER PROFILE!

Sometimes im an idiot.
Ha.

Thanks, but your not an idiot! Its one of those simple things, like checking to see if the item is plugged in first before you start threatening it with a sledgehammer... <----- yep, thats me... I've done that! *walks away shaking her head at the ugly memory*

I save stuff, yeah. Unsure how much I have - a lot is on a portable hard drive which is having minor issues at the moment, which I'll be sorting out tomorrow, most likely.

Probably in the region of a couple GB. Maybe three.

Usually it's fairly easy to find my stuff, to be honest. If you know where you're looking, at least. I hide it in important sounding stuff... who would go to, say, C:\Coding\PRS looking for porn - or for any other reason?

However, in the event I do not want it found, it will not be found... in really extreme cases I zip it all, password the zip file, rename it (extension and all) to something important-sounding like interface.dat and chuck it into C:\Program Files or C:\Windows somewhere.

Closest call is when someone asked "so, is that folder called ero what I think it is..?" Thankfully, no prying was done, and I now ensure that I also hide the stories and stuff which is stored elsewhere.

At some point I'll likely just port it all over to a portable hard drive or a pendrive. Or chuck it all on the server I'll end up with when I finally get round to getting elbow deep in computer guts and combining this machine with an older one...

I save all sorts of things, artwork being a big group. I believe I've close to 600 gigabytes worth of stuff at this point. If you're worries about others finding it the solution is twofold. First, ensure you are the only user of your computer. Second, learn how to fix your machine when it breaks. Having to send it to someone to repair is a near guarantee the repairer will go snooping. 😀

Yup, I'm too lazy to count all the pictures but the folder is at 6G's, of which about 4G's are videos. A lot of stuff in there I don't know why I saved though, like 80% of all the clips for example, but whatevs.

I did't use to save tickling material (or, mind you, other material relevant to my interests ^^) but our previous Internet provider was unable to provide us with Internet access for several months and they refused to let us break the contract. I guess you could say the stuff I've saved is one hell of an "emergency collection" in case the same thing happens again. :shake:

I got it well hidden on a separate harddrive, but I'm still not letting anyone near my computer, and my account is password protected, so no worries about it being found. Woo!

I save every image and clip that I like, so that amounts to about... 15 gigs or so? maybe a bit more. Some of those are just armpit pictures though, not necessarily tickling per se. I am a packrat though when it comes to fetish material...I have no idea why lol

I save web links, I also save pics of me in SB. As for peopel fining them i have them saved in a driver folder like 8 folders deep. Unless someoen searches for pictures they wont find.

Rarely anymore. The one exception would be a single clip that I bought in the past. I mean, I did pay for it, after all.

It's gotta be pretty epic (in my mind) for me to save it. I just deleted two videos off my harddrive. If anything I'd save all of Bandito's artwork.

I still keep my images and clips in a hidden folder, out of habit, but I did recently clean out a bunch of ones that I never look at/wasn't fond of, and simplified my folders (I lent my laptop to my mother for work a year or so back, so I had files hidden like 6 folders deep with a bunch of fake folders as well.)

QFT!!!!!!

for me, yeah, every image saved is another idea for a future piece i want to reference back to. Inspiration comes from multiple sources

Save away. There is a program called TrueCrypt that can help ya store your crap. Im a IT guy so prepare for incoming geek speak for those interested...

TrueCrypt basically makes a file that only it can open. You can make the file as big as you want (think of it like a .zip file) that only the program can open. It encrypts that file with a password you set and when opened mounts it like a hard drive (so you'd have like C:\ with your windows, D:\ for your CD, and T:\ for your super secret stash of goodies).

The neat thing about it is that as of the current technology today, the encryption methods used by this program are uncrackable. Some dude discovered the algorithm long ago (leave it to a math guy...). We're talking to the point even the US gov't couldn't crack it (look it up. The method is called PGP for Pretty Good Privacy).

Anyways, long story short- use that to make an encrypted file and toss all your ticking stuff in there. Then just make a new folder, toss it in there, and right click the folder and click hidden. Make the folder name easy to remember and type. Then whenever you wanna access it, just go to the folder that hidden folder is at and add the folder name at the end of the address bar at the top

Example: Hidden folder titled "bob" is in C:\ drive. Go to my computer, C:\. Then at the top you have an address bar with C:\ in it. Add bob at the end so it says "C:\bob" then click enter. Poof. there's your encrypted file. Open it with truecrypt, type in your password, go back to my computer and there is a hard drive with all your tickling on it. Just pray no one every finds and deletes that file. lol

You are VERY lucky she didnt just do a search for pictures or videos... this is how one of my gfs found out I was into tickling. lol

What bothers me about the subject is God forbid it if something were to happen to you... your spouse / family member / Distant relative claims your stuff (including comp) and finds out your secret...

Family or friends finding it on your pc, you get marked for investigation and see all your history of all the sites you went to.

Once i find a way to hack into Verizon & cablevision, I will let all you know and delete all of our backlogs we don't want. :imouttahe
