Do your feet ever lose sensitivity from tickling

I am curious if anyone has ever tickled someone's feet for an extended period of time and they never got desensitized. I myself met one person that no matter how long or how much you tickled their feet. The laughter or reactions never died down.
 
Yes, after about fifteen minutes my feet lose sensitivity and are no longer ticklish. All Goddess Shelly needs to do is tickle my upper body for a while and then return to my feet. 😀
