I think I have more of a general belly fetish than a bellybutton fetish. I think the reason for that is that not all women are ticklish on their bellybutton, and many have sensitive navels that hurt when you go near them. My ex-girlfriend used to be cool with me tickling her, but her bellybutton was the one place she would not let me go, because she said it was so painful.
