Does anybody remember or know where to watch this clip?

I remember seeing a video of this woman, maybe a TV host or News reporter? She was standing on a chair taped to the wall and they slid the chair away, after the chair was slid away I believe the camera man reached down and tickled her feet. Haven't seen that clip in a while, anyone know where to see that one again?
