I have wanted this one for YEARS. I know it's harmony concepts, but I can't find the vid on their website. I have seen clips from that vid ( i believe ) but not this scene.

That's from their TK-11, "Ten-Handed Tickle Team." The ticklee is Kristine Imboch.

I don't know where you can find a clip of it, but you can stream it on their Web site. As I recall, though, the scene this picture is taken from is pretty short.
