Does anyone know japanese?

I've tried to search the web for a translation program or such ... that you don't need the japanese character settings on your computer... it would show a picture... so I could translate, what the anime tickling-pics say... Like this one, that I like so much...

I think Jay knows a bit. The more pertinent characters at least. If he can't help you I'm sure he knows someone from the ATF that could. Babelfish (http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/) translates but you'd need the characters to be in text for already so you could copy and paste.
