I believe it's a very young and pre-augmented Whitney Prescot from Frankentickle a old CalStar.

That's right, it's from Frankentickle. I make that vid cap probably 7 or 8 years ago. I'm glad it's still floating around out there.

Frankentickle was not exactly the most exciting video, but after a few tries I was able to capture a frame that makes it look like she is actually being tickled. LOL
 
Correction.... I just looked at my old files and I captured that image 9 years ago! I did it with a video capture card in a 75Mhz Pentium 1 computer that I built. Hard to believe it even worked! Damn I'm getting old!

I'll post a few other video captures from that tape in the Images section of TMF.
 
That's not Whitney. She wasn't in that, that I remember. That is Desi Deangelo. Not very ticklish I agree. I do remember a movie where she was tickled on the back of her neck and I thought she was going to pee herslef though.

I've wondered about those three pictures for what seems like FOREVER, as they do indeed look pretty hot! Shame about her not being really ticklish, though... ya coulda fooled me, from those photos! I've always loved the look on her face! Especially that second shot.... YUMMMM!!! I may have to make a point of watching this, someday... just to give myself closure, you understand. 😉 🙄
