Okay... My guess would be that this is a clip made from a VCR tape from a Company called Harmony and is anywhere from 15 to 20 years old... made in the early 90's. I have a bunch of them.
I recognize the models who did quite a bit of Foot Fetish work, among other things thru that era, for that Company including Tickling and Bastinado.
