It was a pretty long clip that was online at one point... Not the whole video but about a few minutes where this guy is interviewing for a room mate and there's this girl who comes in wearing nylons and heels sitting on a couch. As she's being interviewed he notices her shoes, suggesting he's a shoe salesman and appreciate the look of her shoes, so he scoops up her foot and removes then before proceeding to tickle her foot. As he's doing so, there's a bit of background music playing... It just made it feel like a mainstream clip.
Anyway he takes her other foot and tickles them both while she's attempting to protest saying "Sir... Sir... Please"
