looks like that photo was altered...

I'm not sure - but I think that those hands (tickling her feet) are NOT part of the original photo.
I think that site (listed on the photo) has a lot of "altered" pics.

Has anyone got any comments about that site ?? Is it worth joining ?

Yes, the face and hands were both added to a regular bondage pic. The face is from a pic I've seen. Still, for a fake, it's rather good.
