Does Foot Detox really works?

I found a video clip on Foot Detoxification, i saw how it was suppose to draw harmful materials from your body by way of your feet.

I wonder those this treatment really works?

Yes, it does. I'm not sure how well those foot pads they sell on TV work. (That reminds me. I wanted to pick up some of those pads to try them out.) But, the detox soak you can get in some spas and naturopath facilities does a lot of good. If you've never had it done before, it will likely take longer...esp. if your exposure level to toxins is high.

There likely are products that falsely claim these benefits. But, the real thing does work. Much of ancient Chinese medicine is wayyyyyyy ahead of much of our modern medicine.
