Depends on the type of tickling...
for playful stuff...doesn't matter: age, race, gender, orientation, body type...it's all good.
For tickling with sexual component? I need some kind of chemistry. Chemistry is an odd thing though...wholly unpredictable for me as it doesn't seemed to be based on externals as much as personality and how the person makes me feel.

I identify as a lesbian and I love F/F but I don't freak out and get pissed if my guy friends tickle me. I don't know that I would ever engage in f/m or m/f with someone who wasn't already a good friend.

As a 100% staight male, 100% 'ler, tickling for me is a sexual turn-on so my 'lees would have to be, and always have been, females of all races, sizes, and age groups.

I like the fact that no matter what anyone's preference is, it was stated honestly and pleasantly. This has been a hot topic in the past from all angles (race, body type, gender, sexual orientation) and this discussion has been pretty cool and very interesting.
I am a straight, African American, married, ticklecurious female.
My preferences are all about personality as well.
Ethnicity/Race isn't a factor. Gender isn't a factor (although I still would love to someday experience an all female tickling session). Sexual Orientation isn't a factor, as long as the person feels comfortable. And body type doesn't really matter to me either.
The people who I tickle are friends. I don't put those kinds of stipulations on friendships, so I don't see myself doing that for tickling either.

My preference is to tickle or be tickled by women. Their race, sexual orientation, nationality, or creed is not a factor. They just have to be at least 18 years old.

I am Caucasian straight single short petite female Lee and Ler, personally for me friendship is crucial first and tickling for me is many things at same time . For me tickling ,being tickled is multiple levels so bear with me as I explain what it is for me,can be,and the different levels as I specify .
On one hand ,Tickling can be playful with both genders, race is not a factor ,sexual orientation doesn't matter as long as respect is given and they must be 18+ and communication about likes,wants ,limits,boundaries is important as I enjoy tickling to please,make the other person laugh,squirm and that comes with no strings attached .
Tickling,being tickled is ,can also be a form of showing affection to those I care about,a way of expressing affection similar to a hug without strings and both genders,race,sexual orientation,age 18+ applies here too.
In this next level ,it can be the tickling ,affection combined with the attraction and I am straight attracted solely to males race in this level is not a factor,sexual orientation I prefer Straight,age 21+ to older men and strings can or not be attached.
Lastly,The ultimate level I haven't found yet tickling is,can be the tickling,affection combined with the sexual level with Straight Men always had attraction to Caucasian men 21+ to older men but race is not a deal breaker.Not talking about sexual relations with men who desire one night stands,nor sexual relations for pleasure only.This would be a level in a relationship with attachment,loyalty ,ties with potential for long term where we are exclusive to each other where loyalty,trust,respect is given sharing our love for tickling with each other . For me I am into being tickled or tickling males and females. Tickling is not always sexual. Tickling can just be play. For me tickling is usually a play time and does not cross that sexual barrier unless I am attracted and have a lot in common with the other male or female. Whoever wants to can join in and tickle my feet I am all about receiving the tickles. I am also willing to tickle male or females seeing that I am a willing switch. Only thing I ask is that my partners be 21+ male or females. In other words race, ethnicity and sexual orientation plays no part for me. Just bring on any willing "lees or lers". From what I've learned from talking to people, it seems that those with whom tickling is a sexual fetish prefer to tickle or be tickled by those they are attracted to, and people with whom tickling is fun and friendly don't really have a preference. Either way, it's fascinating to me!
