typically someone who turns you on is someone you trust and, typically (but not in all cases), you are more relaxed with someone you trust and more willing to let that person touch you and so more likely to be tickled. There are no doubt others for whom the prospect of being tickled by a stranger may tickle more (and it may turn them on). Some people I've tickled are actually less tickle ticklish when turned on though they are certainly more sensitive to touch but in a sexual way, not a ticklish way. Somebody like Kinsey can probably say statistically what is more common, but since we don't have empirical data, I think the best we can say is that it depends on the two people invovled and varies greatly.

Yes I got MORE turned on if it is by someone that turns me on but it also depends on the type of tickling..like playful tickling doesnt turn me on

I have found that it depends not only on the person doing the tickling and the method in which the tickling is used. Light touching, although just as exquisite as heavy tickling, will turn me on the most. Tickling delivered by someone with whom I am not romantically involved with is just as intense but lacks that special something.
