I wasn't sure where to ask, but... I have somebody who is interested in getting into tickle video productions, and we were wanting to set up a Clips4Sale or something to try and make some money since we're both dirt poor and we like tickling. So... what would one need to go through in order to not have to worry about illegality and whatnot?
