Does "tickle talk" increase ticklishness?

Do you believe tickling to be psychological as well as physical? Does tickle talk (saying kootchie coo or tickle tickle) while tickling actually increase ticklishness?

Depends on what's said. If it's just too corny, it can be a distraction rather than an addition. My answer was "sometimes".

In the right context, as VaTickler said, it can be effective. But, overload on it, and it rapidly becomes, as you so aptly put it, corny.

It's always worked for me.

Just about the time my lee's trying to concentrate and overcome the sensations I'm causing her, I draw her attention back to what I'm doing by some little form of "tickle talk."

Okay maybe I'm strange but one thing that makes me about a million times more ticklish is music. I mean while you're tickling, tickle in time while you hum something like the Blue Danube. I'm probably just wierd but this drives me nuts.

I love tickle talk, as long as it isn't done too much. I also find that when my 'lee is laughing (as when I tell him a joke), it increases his ticklishness exponentially!

If I'm being tickled, it definitely enhances the experience in several ways. It distracts me from trying to block out the sensation by giving me an auditory stimulus. And, on another level, if my ler is going to the trouble of using tickle talk in appropriate amounts and at the right times, it turns me on even more due to the fact that I know all of that excess attention is being lavished on me for the sole purpose of heightening the experience! If I'm tickling someone, as I am a bit sarcastic and LOVE to tease, I always like to ask, "Aw, does that tickle?" just to make sure I'm being effective...😉

Depends on how far into it you are and if you want to increase your ticklishness. Yes. It is possible to sensitise yourself. A lot of so called "experts" claim that you can't tickle yourself but, that's a massive miscalculation. I've heard such complaints from people as wanting to reduce their ticklishness who say they can tickle themselves until they can't stand it! I on the other hand had to teach myself to be ticklish under my own touch and eventually it took effect and in addition to that my ticklishness has become 3 to 4 times what it was when I was a teen. Sometimes while showering, I go to spray my soles and start to giggle! Yes. A 6 ft 2in. burly man over 200lbs. in the shower giggling like a silly little school girl and lets not even get started on my equipment which is 10 times worse! I almost scream from that and this is just me tickling myself! Goodness! Just imagine if someone strapped me down and did that to me! I'd go completely nuts!! :weird:

Oh, I agree 100% Mariam. I remember my guy reciting "this little piggy" while he tickled my toes with a feather and a Sonicare. I was going out of my mind begging him to stop while praying he would continue his mission of transporting me into TICKLE NIRVANA. 😍

Well, it the tickle talk also becomes more efftective whenever she's blindfolded. She cannot see what happens, thus she concentrates more on the sounds, and then the teasy sentences you whisper in her ear makes her probably more vulnerable. While you're at it, start gently, and bring on more tickling tool while teasing her by using 'symbolic' language. Like "when your soles are allready vulnerable to one little stroke, what would a thousand do at hte same time?" while bringing the brush above. 😉.

I totaly agree. i have alwasy been more ticklish by tickle talk. Also to add to the weird factor I've alwasy foudn I'm even more ticklish if I can see it happening or atleast looknig at pics of someone being tickled. I hate saying it but it's kind of like porn. If you look a dirty magazines you got more horny. Understand?

If the ticklee is hyperticklish, you can use a very effective 'weapon': the Fear.
Nothing is more usefull than the hided fear in the ticklee's mind.

Decent tickle talk can be quite effective, but when I hear the burbling of "gootchie gootchie" and "kootchie kootchie coo" as you so often get on PV clips, I just want to put a brick through the screen. It irritates me beyond measure and puts me in a homicidal mood.

Man....uh, yes it does make it worse. I'm already the most ticklish person ever. I laugh constantly after being tickled for like 5 seconds but when the 'ler starts talking to me and teasing me with his words. It makes me even more ticklish and then I really can't handle it.

Yes, tickle talk does increase ticklishness I'd imagine, in much the same way dirty/naughty talk increases arrousal during or before sexual intercourse.

I find the most effective tickle talk is not the baby talk, but rather the teasing threats like "where should I go next, hmmm???" or "laugh if you want me to keep tickling you..."

I personally LOVE tickle talk...

it does seem to heighten the sensitivity in my feet as well as excites me. It's almost like I'm being seduced by the words and my will is being broken down. Every lee I've had the opportunity to tickle seems to respond in the same way... 😀 Great question!
