Can tickling help you sleep better? If you have a tickling session, as a lee or ler, do you find that you sleep really well that night or does it not have an effect for you?

I'm so wound up that I don't sleep at all the night afterwards.

It depends on who you are with and how it ends, if you know what I mean 😉

I guess depends of the intensity, but sure would helps anyway 🙂

Yeah, Bator I know what you mean 🙂. I could see it going either way, where you just want to pass out afterward or that it gets your adrenaline going and makes you more awake. Also lee vs. ler could be different. Curious to read other opinions and experiences ...

Depends on how badly I was tickled. If I'm just tickled with spider tickles then I won't be tired. But the harder tickles, no doubt.

I definitely sleep better after Goddess Shelly tickles the crap out of me. 😀

I believe it can be a great sleep aid in terms of all the activity that comes from tickling. It can also be a great way to wake up as well. ;P.

I think it has an effect on your body, yes. It's a workout for your body (struggling and such) which leads to your body demanding more rest...

HEY! Maybe we're onto something here, sleep clinic trials anyone? 😛

For me, yes. A really intense session will put me out- I laugh (among other things) to exhaustion. Or soft back rubs and light tickles relax me and gently put me to sleep as well.

Depends on the person.
Tickling can be effective workout for your body, which of course helps with sleep, like physical work or sports.

We have a client in our spa centre in Moscow who comes to tickle therapy in the evening after work. And she says she sleeps so good afterwards.
But the effect can differ.

Thanks, everyone! My guess was that it would help for reasons mentioned above, but it's great to get all the insight. I haven't been sleeping well recently so clearly I'm not getting tickled enough 🙂
