Can someone be good or bad at tickling? Here's my story. I have been getting mini pedicures, to maintain my toe nails. When the lady touches the soles of my feet I discovered I am SO ticklish. Some people are naturally talented at it, but it is a skill that can be learned by most. However, there are many more factors that make a big difference than how good someone is at it.
