does your endurance level increase or decrease the more you are tickled?

Hard to say since I have never really lost any endurance and have endured all that has been dished out and will endure all that is dished out. So I would say it stays about the same. I just endure the most evil tickle torture that can be or is desired by the tickler(s)
 
Do you mean over the course of a session or your life?

If your life than in alot of cases it does mostly due to self awareness and mind related stuffs.

If during a session then personally I get worse as I go in terms of ability to stand each stroke but mearly enduring those strokes raises your endurance by each second...technically.
